At Aura Jewels, every piece and hamper is thoughtfully curated with love and care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict quality check process before dispatch.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on jewelry, accessories, makeup, or curated hampers once delivered.

  • Returns are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (continuous, without cuts) to process any complaint.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement for the same product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dislike, or personal preference.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued (as applicable).

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special occasion hampers

  • Makeup, earrings, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • During peak seasons, launches, or sale periods (including Valentine’s Day), processing time may be slightly longer.

    Orders are delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website or promotional posts.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/details via email or WhatsApp.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Address & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Aura Jewels will not be liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Packaging

  • All jewelry and hampers are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Gift packaging and special Valentine hampers are handled with extra care to maintain their presentation.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
